Fading, keyframing, and ducking audio

- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to take a look at audio fade-ins, crossfades, as well as being able to keyframe an audio source. I'm here in my Chapter 7_6 project. You can find this in your projects events if you access to the exercise files. We just want to start by creating a fade-in and fade-out in our audio music source here, in this timeline, that happens to be this clip right here, which I will, in this case, solo, using my little speaker icon over here to the right. I'll press the question mark key to quickly jump to the end point and start playing back. (warm music) So I'll press K to stop, and we just want to have more of a gradual fade there. Final Cut makes that easy as we approach the edit point of a clip. And in fact, I'll zoom in by pressing Command + equal, and just deselect this clip for a second. As we approach the edge of a clip here, you'll see a little circular handle, and this acts as your audio fade-in. In fact, if I drag this over here to the right…
