Exporting closed captions

- [Instructor] In this movie we're going to take a look at how we can export closed captions. That's right, Final Cut Pro X supports closed captions. And if you're curious how these captions in my chapter 13_8 project came in this timeline, I simply went to the File menu, and under Import you'll see that there is an option specifically for Captions. As of the last release of Final Cut there are a couple supported caption files, including SRT, which is extremely supported caption title, and those are the titles that are currently in my timeline. If you right-click you can actually see the SRT English supported captions, or ITT which are those iTunes ones. So that's supported here in Final Cut. Now the reason these captions are showing, first of all, in the viewer is you should note that under the View menu we do have an option here specifically for showing captions and that English SRT.
