- Final Cut Pro X's Generators sidebar is filled with overlays and templates you can use in a variety of cases. Let's explore the various options available under some of my favorites and pick a few to use for this video. So I'm here in my Chapter 3_4 project that can be found in the chapter 3 keyword collection in your Clay Assets event, or you can just continue along with the project you've been using in chapters 1 and 2. In order to access Generators, I want to head to the Title and Generators sidebar, which happens to be just behind where my events are stored. I've got a Titles section, and a Generators section. If I click on the disclosure triangle, you can see a series of subcategories. I've got a few more than you just because of third party plugins. Let's head, first of all, to the Elements category.
