Exploring the Titles sidebar
- The title sidebar is where all the 2D and 3D titles live in Final Cut Pro. Unlike other applications, where you might be familiar with typing text on screen with the use of a text tool, in the title sidebar, you find a template to start from first. There is an endless world of options to work with. Stylize and even animate text without the need to keyframe. In this movie, we'll look at where you can find our titles and a few templates you might want to start and work with right away. So, since this is the first movie in this course that involves the exercise files, let me just take you through the structure of the Final Cut Pro library that you were given. So first of all, you should have a Final Cut Pro 10 text and effects 10.3 library that you've opened inside of Final Cut Pro 10. And inside that library is a bunch of items.
