After you have your interview selects in the timeline in Final Cut Pro X, you can now enhance it with adding B-roll. How do you find the best B-roll shots for your project in Final Cut Pro X? In this video, author Nick Harauz continues to show you how to lay down B-roll footage to further spice up your scene.
- In this movie, we're going to continue…to lay down B-roll footage in our scene…to spice it up a little bit further…as well as reorganize some of…the connected edits in our timeline.…So I'm here in my 2.4 keyword collection…that I just created this movie…so that you could follow along with me,…and since the last movie,…I've added a bunch of footage as connected edits…here above my primary storyline.…And this is to follow along with some of the words…that are spoken by the person being interviewed.…Just to show you one of those segments,…there is a section where she talks about puppets,…and I just added a bunch of supporting B-roll…that supported what she was saying.…
So let's just give that a listen.…I'm going to move my play head right here.…It's just about the one minute and 15 second mark…on the timeline, and I'll hit…the space bar. - And the puppet…designer Marchy Jervis, and so they have…a great visual storytelling appeal as well.…They have really all of the elements…that you'd want in a presentation…that would grab the audience.…
