- [Nick] Welcome to Final Cut Pro X Weekly. I'm Nick. Jeff's not here this week. We're going to talk about not hitting the panic button and how we can trouble shoot Final Cut Pro X problems. This is part one of two parts just to get you to think about what happens if you ever run into a problem in a project. In this particular movie the key concepts are restarting of your Macintosh computer, how we can actually basically get rid of our external devices and resetting VRAM. We're also going to talk about clearing preferences and verifying Pro Res Installation. Without further ado, let's just hop into some of these problem solving techniques. First thing that you're going to want to do is if you are experiencing any problems in Final Cut. It could be maybe things are moving extremely slow or the fact of having some problems with media and it's continuous.
