Customizing a keyboard
- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to look at creating a customized keyboard inside of Final Cut Pro X I'm here in my chapter 12_2 project and it's a great time to look at customizing your keyboard right now. As in now that we've had a chance to walk through the application. You might have a better sense from looking at some of these menus which options under certain menus aren't currently mapped and what you might want to map. So one of the things that I use quite a bit in terms of retiming is reverse clip. And in order to apply that to a clip you actually have to always go to the retime measure and go to the reverse clip by default. And it's going to then reverse the direction of that clip. Since I use this so much it's actually better for me to have keyboard with that mapped to it. So in order to do this, we'll go to the Final Cut Pro menu. And under commands, we're going to choose customize. Here we're currently seeing the default Final Cut Pro X keyboard. And by the way…
