Besides all of the generators Apple Motion has available, essentially anything can be a generator in Apple Final Cut Pro X. This means you too can create your own generator. In this video, join Nick Harauz in creating a Motion generator from scratch using text and content from the Motion library.

So lets, first of all, choose a Final Cut generator.…So, I've launched Motions, this is the welcome screen.…You want to choose a Final Cut generator,…and the settings we want for this,…we're going to chose a 4k Ultra HD setting,…with a framerate of 29.97, and a duration of six seconds.…
