Join Michael Towe for an in-depth discussion in this video Creating the tail pop, part of Final Cut Pro X & Logic Pro X: 1 Audio Post Workflow.
Now let's take a look at how we create the tail pop.…We're back in our inmate 14658 library.…We're going to go to the chapter two folder.…And we're going to find that two pop…23.98 that we just created.…We're going to select it, right click…and say duplicate project.…Now we're going to go to that duplicated project,…and we're going to rename this.…We're going to get rid of the one,…and we're going to get rid of the two,…and we're going to call it tail pop 23.98.…
We're going to double click to load that into the timeline.…And we're going to go in here and get rid of…all of these basic titles that we put in.…We're just going to hit delete.…And if you remember,…we said we wanted this tail pop…to happen exactly two seconds after…our program ends.…So we're going to add a gap clip by hitting option W.…We're going to select that gap clip.…We're going to hit control D,…and we're going to make that gap clip exactly…two point zero zero…long.…
So now we have a two second gap clip.…There's our pop, and a little bit of black on the end.…
