Changing timeline appearance and navigation

- In this movie we're going to take a look at navigating in our timeline and we've covered some of these features as we've gone throughout this chapter, but we're going to even look, or take a deeper dive so that you're going to feel super comfortable moving in the Final Cut Pro timeline. So you've already studied the home and end key to move to the beginning and end of a project or function left arrow, right arrow. We know our arrow keys move frame by frame and that our down and up arrows will allow us to move between the edit points of clips. These are all really handy features. Another thing that we should keep in mind is if you use the shift key in conjunction with the right or left arrow, that's going to allow you to move in either eight or 10 frame increments depending on what your project's frame rate is. So it's shift right arrow, shift left arrow in this case. You can see how many frames it's actually moving by in my particular project it's 24 frames per second. So it allows…
