Adding and duplicating lower thirds

- Lower thirds are used in all different types of productions from documentaries to feature film. Let's see a few of the templates that ship with Final Cut and how we can duplicate and manipulate them easily in the timeline. So I'm here in my Chapter 1.6 project that I can find in my Chapter 1 folder under the Chapter 1 keyword collection. And in this movie we're going to take a look at lower thirds. So if you'll notice if we actually head over to our title generator section. And under the title generator section we're going to go down to the lower third category. You can see that Final Cut ships with a bunch of pre built lower thirds. So any of these, you could easily add to the project. And it's meant to add a name; sometimes it could be the name of a person or the name of a location followed by a description. So there are quite a few. Right now I seem to like the name echo lower third. So what I'm going to do to add it in easily into the timeline is I want to select the first clip…
