- [Jeff] Here we are at Final Cut Pro X Weekly, I'm Jeff. - [Nick] And I'm Nick, and we're here to learn about five great keys that you should get to know in Final Cut Pro X, and what I mean by keys is keyboard shortcuts. - [Jeff] These aren't the obvious ones, either. We're going to take a look at how the accent grave, that tilde sort of key, can change the behavior of connected clips. - [Nick] We're going to learn a really handy technique to get the skimmer and playhead to work well together by using an option click to move the playhead to the skimmer's position. - [Jeff] We're going to nudge clips with the comma and period. We're going to select the clip beneath the playhead. - [Nick] One of my favorite is to press option e to add a default effect unto a clip, which happens to be the color correction effect. - [Jeff] We're going to go ahead and do some option dragging in the effect browser, just to visualize some mix levels, and then we're going to leave on a Mac OSX tip. - [Nick]…
