So if you've been watching this entire title, FileMaker 13. In this chapter, I've been showing you all these different ways that you can search for data or create found sets using Find Mode. But it's time for a little FileMaker trivia, what two ways can we find records without actually ever entering Find Mode. Well the first of which is something that's called a fast match. It's all based on the contextual menu and the contextual menu is the thing that you get when you right-click. Depending on what kind of mouse you have, or when you hold down the Ctrl key, and click if you're on a Mac. You'll notice that there's various different options here both for formatting the data inside the field, or even sorting. But you'll notice down here we've got the ability to Find Matching Records, even Constrain the Found Set if you've already got a found set. Or Extend a Found Set if you've already got one of those.
