- [Voiceover] There may be times when you're looking at a group of records in List View, like we're seeing here on screen, and you may want to sort them so that you can see them in a certain order. Now, we've been looking at different ways that we can use the Sort Record style log to sort things, either in ascending or descending order, and depending on the field types, that'll either sort A to Z, if they're alpha, or from lowest number to highest number, frankly, if they're numbers, or even if they're dates, or times, and the reason for that is because they store those values internally as integers, but what about if you have a unique way of sorting? So, for example, we've got this status field over here, and if I intended to sort by status, well then I'm gonna get all my actives first, and I'm gonna get inactives, pending, and so on. What if I don't want to see them alphabetically? So, for example, let's say I want to see pending, active, and then inactive. Well, in order to do…
