Scheduling flows
- [Instructor] The Claris Connect Schedules utility lets you trigger a flow to run at a specific time and at scheduled intervals thereafter. You scroll down to the middle, you'll see schedules here under the utility section. You can choose to run a flow every hour, every day, every week or every month or you can choose to run a flow based on a Cron expression. And if you choose that option, you'll get a little bit more information about Cron expressions by hitting the more option which takes you to crontab.guru, I'll just hit random so you can see what the format looks like. And I'll copy this and paste it back into our cron expression field, which is required. You'll also have to pick a time zone any time that you're using a schedule so that the schedule knows which of the time zones to use to trigger your flow. Now I've already set up a flow that uses a schedule to trigger. So let's go take a look at that right now.…
