- [Instructor] One of the things that I think is important to understand about subsummary layouts is that one single layout can be used to create multiple reports. A layout can display fields in a certain format and even be set up to group them in a useful way. But each different found set of data that's sent to it will create a different report. Simply put, if I look at this subsummary here I could search on everything in just the year 2018 and it would give me different results. I could search for things that are paid and it would give me different results and that type of thing. So it's really a combination of a found set and the layout design. Now, I'm going to take that step one step further and show you an interesting technique about having multiple subsummary parts.
