Manage layouts window

- [Instructor] A FileMaker Pro file can have dozens or frankly even hundreds of layouts created. Therefore, it will be useful to be able to organize those layouts in a way that both you and your users can navigate through your database easily. FileMaker has a way that you can manage the layouts that you currently have in your file by going under File, Manage, and Layouts. You can also get to this window if you're in Layout mode by clicking the dropdown for the Layouts to navigate from layout to layout and choosing managed layouts. It's the same window. So the first thing you'll notice in the window is this column over on the left hand side which are checkboxes. Those checkboxes are turned on by default when you create a new layout, and what they represent is what shows up in Browse mode to your users.
