Enabling or disabling a flow
- When you're in the edit tab of any of your flows you'll notice over here on the upper right hand corner you've got this little toggle next to the word disabled. By default, any new flows that you create are automatically disabled. But in order for a flow to run once a trigger action occurs, you must enable it. And you do that by simply clicking on the toggle. You'll notice this message appears, asking whether you want to enable flow history for the project and I would recommend that you do that. So now that this flow is enabled, you can test the flow or you can put it into production, so to speak. Any flow that is disabled will not run when the triggering action occurs. Now, one tip that I would give you, is once you get a lot of different flows, you'll want to make sure that you're disabling any of them that you do not want to run.
