- You might recall in previous movies…where we talked about the different view options…that you have in your layouts.…One of them is called the Table View.…And the Table View has some interesting features in it…besides just looking like a spreadsheet…which frankly, isn't that compelling,…but these column headers have some interesting features…that you may not be aware of.…And you can train your users to use these columns…and they can create some types of reporting…within their own user sessions.…And this can kind of take a lot of the load off of you…allowing them to look at data in a Spreadsheet View…and do some reporting based on it.…
So first of all you need to have a layout…that is in Table View.…So we've got a layout here…and we know it's in Table View…not only by the way it looks,…but also we can see that the Table View icon is highlighted.…So let's say I want to look at all my 1523 customers…you'll notice that you can click on the column headers…and we've got all sorts of options here.…So we can sort by state for example,…
