- [Instructor] You see that we've added a summary field to the bottom of our static list and it's giving us a somewhat more compelling report by showing the users some aggregate data that did not actually have to be entered into the database. So, we're getting some intelligence out of stored data. However, large list views, like the one that we're seeing here, can be a little tough to visually interpret. So, a good method for making them more intuitive is to group them into list. For example, I can just show you that by taking this list, and by sorting it by the customer name, for example, you could see it just gives us a little bit easier way to view this because everything is kind of broken down by all the different customers. But FileMaker has a special layout part that we can add in Layout Mode, let's call this sub-summary, that you can use to give your layout instructions on how to group data in a list.
