- Sometimes when you're creating scripts you might want to communicate or send messages to the user. We look at our Custom Welcome Letter Script here, you see that what we're doing is we're going to a certain layout called Customer Welcome Letter, we're making sure that we're in portrait mode, and then we're printing. At that point we might want to go back by saying Go to Layout, and going back to the original layout. We don't have to pick one in that case, we can just leave the default as original. At this point, maybe we want to let the user know, "Hey, your letter's been printed." We have this ability here to show a Custom Dialog, that's the name of a Script Step, Show Custom Dialog, and you see that we've got this gear icon here. You can see that we've got control over various different things. We can put the value in here for what the Title would be, and that's much like this Dialog window that we see there, or the Message that appears inside the window. We even have up to three…
