- [Instructor] When all the different trades get their contracts and they start working on a construction project, they ultimately end up with questions. Some of these questions are handled in a formal process called a request for information, or RFI. There's a couple of different ways that you can handle requests for information from within Fieldwire to make the process a little more organized and a little easier, and I'm gonna show you one of those ways here in this video. So one way that we can handle RFIs is to go to our Files tab on the left side of the screen, and if you recall earlier in the course we created a folder to house our RFIs, our requests for information. So one way to do this is just to simply create the RFI outside of Fieldwire using the form that you probably already have for those purposes, fill that form out, and then upload it and store it here in the RFI folder.
