In this video, Jim describes the process for joining a project that has been created by another user—such as your client or the general contractor—and explains how this affects your Fieldwire account quotas.
- [Instructor] We just finished looking…at our project settings in the last video,…and while we're here on this screen,…I wanna go back over to the menu on the left…and click on People.…So this is where you can manage the people…that have access to your Fieldwire project.…And this is a sample project,…so there's lots of people that have been added to it…to show us how this works.…And a little later on in the course,…I'll talk about some of the specific roles…like administrators, members, and followers…and exactly what that means,…but what I wanted to show you right now…is that this is where you can go…to manage those people…that we're gonna add to our project later.…
So this is where you can change their role,…either promote them or demote them…in terms of what they have access to in the project.…This is also where you can remove people from a project,…so if you have a subcontractor…that you added to the project…that is no longer gonna be on the job,…you can just click here to remove them.…This is where you can also invite new members…
