- [Instructor] Besides the folder structure that we set up earlier and that you're viewing here on the screen, there's one more level of organization that can be applied to our drawings, called 'tags'. Now, adding 'tags' to the drawing just gives me another way to filter and view the drawings quickly by clicking over here on 'filter plans'. So if I click that now I can't filter the plans using 'tags' because I haven't added any 'tags', so let's take care of that. Lets close this dialog box, and look at how we can apply 'tags' to our plan sheets. So, 'tags' are just a simple key word that allows me to quickly search, filter and view drawing sheets that have something in common. So, for example, I'm gonna open up my 'architectural plans'. I could tag all of the sheets that have concrete on them. Or I could do something like 'tag' all of the sheets that have to do with the first floor.
