Creating a strategy to organize your plans
- [Instructor] As you've seen so far, Fieldwire handles construction drawings by splitting the multipage PDF that we started out with into these individual plan sheets, like you see here on the Plans page of our project. And in the last video, I showed you how to start organizing those individual sheets into folders. We actually created this folder, called Civil, and we moved all of our civil construction, or C, drawings, into that folder. Now I wanna build on that concept by talking about continuing to develop this strategy of how we're gonna organize our plans within Fieldwire. Some of you may have wondered if moving the drawings out of a folder called Issued For Construction, which is where they started out, was the correct thing to do. Because if you were storing these plan sheets on your computer, you would probably use a folder structure that was something like a folder for the original drawings, then another one for the revision one drawings, another for revision two, and so…
