- Unless your organization has a team of fully devoted social media managers, it's a challenge to excel in all areas. So it helps to understand what you hope to achieve before creating a strategy. This course will help you create a successful plan for what you want for your non-profit. With that being said, before you begin this course, you should have the basic knowledge of some or all of the following platforms. Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Google +, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. All of these platforms should be easily found on our library.
So I'd recommend checking out any of our essential training or up and running courses if you'd like to feel more comfortable with these types of social media before moving forward. Because social media moves quickly, these platforms change, but for the most part, having a successful campaign has more to do with the strategy, planning, and staying up to date with new applications.
