What you should know before watching this course

- Before you watch this course, I'm going to assume that you already have a basic knowledge of Facebook. You've probably posted media before, at least like pictures or maybe text updates, and certainly have watched videos. If you've never used Facebook before, watch another course on getting started with Facebook. This is a class that jumps right in and assumes you already have a Facebook page set up, and that you have a basic familiarity with navigating the site. Now we are going to cover some beginner skills, but we're also going to go pretty deep into intermediate and advanced skills. So if Facebook is brand new to you, watch an Introduction to Facebook course to get familiar with the platform. But if you've already been using Facebook for awhile, you'll feel right at home. Whether you're a video professional, a business owner or a marketing professional, you'll find skills that'll help you with this course. I also suggest, if you have access to them, pull down the exercise files. This will give you something to follow along with. If you don't, that's okay too. Just get a couple of videos that you've already produced or that you've downloaded that you have the rights to upload to Facebook, so you can follow along with the hands-on exercises. And let's get started.
