Once you have your graphics created and optimized for viewing on Facebook, you can then upload them to your Facebook page. Are there any potential issues that you need to look out for when posting graphic content to Facebook? In this video, author Richard Harrington demonstrates how to upload graphic images to Facebook.
- If you've already watched our lessons…on posting videos and photos,…there's nothing special here.…You could actually bypass this,…and just go on to the next chapter.…But if you specifically jumped here…to learn how to post those Vector files,…well, all you need to do is work with the jpegs…or the pngs that we just created…in the previous lesson.…Now, on Facebook, select those files.…Remember, you can choose to post directly…in the timeline,…or go to your profile page.…
Click on photo and video album,…if you want to upload multiple images,…or just click photo and video for a single image.…Navigate to the folder that you created…and select the high quality png file or jpeg,…and click choose.…The image will be added.…I find that for Vector illustrations,…the png files tend to work best.…If needed,…click the edit photo button,…and you can see what's happening here.…
I suggest leaving the image as is,…and avoiding additional filters.…But if there's a lot of extraneous area,…you can choose crop…so that you can remove…some of the extra details from the image…
