- I told you at the start of this course we weren't going to talk so much about the how, but now it is time to get into the how, as well as the when and the why. I've got some specific advice for different platforms. Let's start with the market leader, Facebook. To get results on results on Facebook, there are a few things you can try. First up, avoid playing games or excessive app connections. These are often a security risk and can really start to spam your friends and drive people away from your profile. Do share photos and video, particularly using the native player on Facebook. Instead of posting a Vimeo link or a YouTube link, embed the video by directly uploading to Facebook. It's a better user experience and Facebook is far more likely to show the content to your audience. Where possible, be personable.
