- Before you post to Facebook, you might want to give some thought to the terms of service and what you're actually agreeing to, particularly if you're going to be uploading your professional work. This is really true if you're uploading content and you might have rights that are held by other people. Maybe it's client samples or it's work for your company. It's a good idea to have a conversation with your in-house legal team or with your lawyer if there's any doubt about these terms of service. Fortunately though, the terms of service are fairly well-written and pretty easy to understand. You can visit Facebook's legal page here. Just take a look at this URL, facebook.com/legal/terms/update, and this'll take you to the terms of service.
