Outlook customization
- [Instructor] Let's customize Outlook 2019 as it's connected to our Exchange 2019 server. We'll go to File and we'll chose Options. And in Options we have a lot of different ways that we can customize the look and feel of our Outlook experience. We start with Mail. We can go to where it says Signatures. We can add in a signature. Click New. Type in Default as we want this to be our default signature. And now we can edit our signature to get it the way we want. I've typed in a basic signature. Now, we can make it a little bit more interesting simply by selecting certain parts of it. We can change the font. We can change the size. We can go in and make changes to the color as well. And if you want you can even paste in a photograph. We have it all customized. Now, at the top right we see the option for New messages. We can choose our default signature. We can also create a second signature if we want to have it for replies or forwards. We'll just go ahead and use the same one twice…
