Creating shared mailboxes

- [Instructor] If more than one person has the same type of job, creating a shared mailbox can really assist in having those users be able to see emails sent to the same email address. Under recipients at the top left, we'll click on shared at the top and click on the plus button. And under display name, we're going to say that we have more than one salesperson so we're going to have the display name and the alias be sales. And we'll click under users, click the plus, and we'll choose a couple of users and click OK and now we'll save. Let's click on the Edit pencil so we can make some changes and talk about what this all means. Under mailbox delegation, we see who has full access, who has send as access, and we see right now send as access is set just to Josh and Kate. Under full access, it's also setup to the Exchange Servers and the trusted subsystem. And the servers and trusted subsystem are simply so the backend can properly manage this shared mailbox.
