Creating distribution groups

- [Instructor] When sending email to a group of people, or you can email them all at once using a distribution group. to create a contact group in Outlook. And you would that where in the Outlook web app, by clicking on New. And it was called a Contact List. And we can just put in Test However, this is useful for adding emails to multiple people and sending to them all at once, it's not something that's really shareable. So, what we needed to do And we do that by going into the Exchange admin center. We're in the Exchange admin center and under recipients on the left, we'll click on groups at the top and here we can create a distribution group. We'll choose the drop-down menu next to the plus and we'll choose a distribution group. We'll call this one IT-Group. And we'll give the same name for the alias, as we've done with previous creation of users. And under organizational units, we'll choose the default users, click OK.
