- [Instructor] Let's connect using the application called Outlook in one of our clients. And we can see we're logged in as techpub\josh and we're logged in on a computer that's a member of the domain. Let's open up Outlook for the first time and we'll watch it connect to our Microsoft Exchange 2019 server. Outlook is launching and this is the 2019 version of Outlook. And we see it automatically found our full name and email address. We're on the same local area network as the server itself so it used internal active directory DNS to make the connection. Click on Exchange when offered and now it's getting ready. If we were outside of the network we would've entered our email address manually and then it would've looked for the auto discover and mail host records. Our account was added successfully. And we see a new web browser pops up and it gives us the option to enter our phone number to send a link where we can set up the same Outlook experience on our mobile device. Outlook has now…
