Adding multiple profiles to Outlook
- [Instructor] There are several reasons for adding multiple profiles to Outlook. One could be if you have more than one job and you want to keep two separate identities. The other could be that you have a computer that's shared by multiple people. Either way, adding multiple profiles to Outlook can be very helpful. What we're going to do in this particular case, is we're going to say that Josh Daring is also the webmaster for their company. And so we're, what we want to do is add another user mailbox, and we're going to call this alias Webmaster. It's going to be a new user, and we're going to just go ahead and fill in Webmaster for everything. Case does not matter. And we'll put in the login name as Webmaster. Put in our passwords, and click Save. Now we'll go into Outlook, and we'll add Webmaster as a profile in the same computer that Josh is using. First thing we need to do on Josh's computer is go to the Control Panel. So we'll do a quick search and open that up. And we'll go…
