- [Instructor] There are many different reasons…where you sometimes want to zoom in on a worksheet,…like on this worksheet here called Employees,…we want to see this larger.…Maybe we're making a presentation of the information.…At other times we might want to zoom out…to see if there's other information on the screen…or to gather more information from additional columns.…In the lower right hand corner…is what's called the zoom slider bar.…On the extreme right you'll see a percent number,…right now it's 140%.…Usually we don't care about what that number is,…it's simply a relative number,…but as we click the plus, it's just to the left…of that percent, we're zooming in,…and as we do this each time we click the plus…we zoom in by 10% more.…
Go all the way to 400 if we wanted to.…At the other end of this horizontal line…we'll see a zoom out, click the minus that way.…And now we're 170, 160, so on and so on.…You can also slide the box that's between it,…the black box, you can click…and drag this this leftward or rightward…
