- [Instructor] On the home tab on the ribbon…in the Alignment group, we've got a feature called…Wrap Text, one called Merge and Center,…one called Indent.…And there are some other…Alignment tools available…with this button on the lower right hand corner.…When you click this button, it takes us into…the Format Cells dialog box…on the Alignment tab.…Now, I want to make Column E narrower,…maybe I'm going to add other columns to the right.…A couple of options, one is not visible here…it's related to wrap text, yet a little different.…
Clicking that arrow in the lower right hand corner there…we see an option called Shrink to Fit.…Click Okay.…I'm going to make Column E narrower.…Watch the text.…Within certain limits I think this is viable, at times.…But one thing it doesn't do, it doesn't tell you…how big the font is, it's pretty obvious that's smaller.…But on the Home tab over here, where we see the font size…it still says 11, like the other cells are…and the way this one was.…But occasionally, if it's not too much shrinkage…
