- [Voiceover] In this worksheet called List with Duplicates you can guess there are duplicate records and you probably already have seen rows four and five are duplicates. Now when you are exploring these you are likely to have sorted by employee name, that reveals some of these, but how many others are there. And this list goes down as I click a cell and double click the bottom edge, goes down to row 762. So let's get rid of them. Now the feature we are about to use doesn't require that the records be adjacent, although many times they would be. And as we're trying to decide what to remove here we don't necessarily have to look all the way across in to column K, possibly we could say, well if the employee name, building department, ID and Phone are the same let's only look there or maybe only look here, if those are duplicates we've got a big problem, we probably should approach it that way. But we've got different thoughts about how we could pursue this. Let's click within the data…
