- [Instructor] On this worksheet, 2 we're seeing a list of some Excel error-checking functions. 3 ISERR, ISERROR, IFERROR. 4 The AGGREGATE function, by the way, 5 does a lot of other things as well. 6 I'm going to be testing this with the information 7 that we see over in column C here. 8 Make that a bit wider. 9 Be using formulas. 10 Imagine you've got a list 11 of Social Security numbers somewhere, 12 and another list somewhere else, 13 in this case, they're right next to each other, 14 but it could be from different worksheets. 15 We want to see if this number exists 16 in the list over in column A. 17 So one approach is to use the MATCH function. 18 MATCH function says I've got some data somewhere, 19 in this case it's C2, comma. 20 We're looking in column A to see if it's there, comma. 21 And we're not looking for numbers 22 that are close but high or close but low. 23 It's got to be an exact match. 24 As…
