- [Instructor] This worksheet is unusual 2 in that it has many, many different visual features. 3 It's highly unlikely you would have all these together, 4 but they do represent some of the things we work with 5 in Excel and we use Excel for presentation purposes 6 at times, and we want some of these colors 7 to be a bit more standardized perhaps. 8 And what if we're pulling together a project involving some 9 PowerPoint presentations and also some Word documents, 10 we might want to be using the same color scheme 11 in all of these. 12 Currently I'm using what's called an office theme, 13 not scheme, but theme. 14 If you go to the page layout tab in the ribbon, 15 off to left, you'll see a choice called themes. 16 And without reading all of this, pick a theme here 17 to give your document instant style 18 and just the right personality. 19 You might want a consistent look and feel. 20 The changes we make here will…
