Use pictures as chart elements

- [Instructor] To enliven a chart, consider the idea of having a picture here, a series of pictures instead of columns in this chart. We're looking at the worksheet called Yearly Data in our chapter 4 exercise file. Instead of columns here, let's double-click one of the columns and activate the dialogue box to the right, format data series. Click the paint bucket, fill. You'll see this is solid fill with a gold color in it. Let's switch this to picture or texture fill. And down below picture source, insert. You might have a file available that you might want to use. We've got online pictures and icons. How about online pictures here. Let's pick a picture that we might want to use in the chart, perhaps this is a sports related issue, there's baseball there. You want to pick simple images, nothing like the flame we see to the left, or the baseball and the bat here, that's going to be too much detail. A lot of these…
