Needs improvement. Obviously knowledgeable about the topic but not handled in a professional manner (i.e. terminology; technicalities). Chapter quizzes have too many ambiguous answers as well as too many multi-select options to choose from. Course introduces potential issues with Macros but does little to incentivize its use (e.g. in the "There is no undo" section, there is no resolution and causes undue fear in leaving irreparable damage).
