- [Instructor] When you think of the U.S. Census Bureau, you often think of an organization that produces tables of numbers you need to analyze and visualize on your own. In fact, the Census Bureau makes interactive maps and other Visualization tools available on their site. In this movie, I will show you how to work with Map and Visualization tools. I've gone data.census.gov and here I can explore this data. If you scroll down on the main page, you'll see that you have Data Profiles on the left which is for different geographic regions, and the right of that, you'll see Maps and Visualizations. The third item down is Median Household Income in the United States, so I will go ahead and click that to use that as our example. After a moment, I see the data here, and it is income in the past 12 months adjusted for inflation. And I can scroll down and see the information there.
