- [Instructor] In this worksheet, 2 we see a list of names 3 in columns, B, C, D, et cetera. 4 Imagine this list having been set up 5 when the organization was relatively small, 6 and over time it's growing. 7 Now, we can certainly see all the information 8 about Edward Hayes right here, 9 and Eric Pratt right here, and so on. 10 We see what's happening here. 11 But as we start to scroll rightward, 12 we see more and more names. 13 This is going to become unwieldy 14 the more names we add, not easy to read. 15 And it certainly would've made 16 a lot more sense to say, 17 why don't we take, for example, 18 all this employee name type information here 19 and put it in a column instead of a row? 20 So imagine if we were putting 21 this down in row 10, 22 we'd see employee name, 23 Hayes Edward, Mercado David, 24 Pratt Eric, and so on down here, 25 and then here we'd see the departments 26 and so on. 27 Now…
