Tracking changes
If you watched the movie on sharing a workbook, you saw how you could allow other people to make changes to a workbook that you currently have open and that's great. But what if you want to be able to see those changes before you allow them, sort of like moderating the workbook and saying yes, I will except this change but I won't accept that change. Well, that's what the Track Changes feature is all about. So let's go to the Review tab over here and in the upper right corner in the Ribbon bar, choose Protect and Share. And we want to enable this box to share with track changes, and I am not going to put in a password, but something you should know. If you do put in a password, then the people you're sharing it with will not be able to turn the Track Changes feature off. Well, maybe that's what you want.
