…If you've shared your document with other users on your OneDrive account,…you can both go in there and edit the file simultaneously.…Right now, I can see in the top right-hand side,…that there's two people working on this document.…That means somebody else besides me is into it.…I can tap the person icon on the right-hand side.…It tells me that there's two authors editing it.…In fact, I just got a pop-up that there's some updates available,…meaning another author has made a change to the document.…
If I tap where it says two authors editing, I can see their names.…Now, they're both me, however,…if there really were two separate people working on it, I could see who they were.…I'll tap away from that to get back to the document.…And if I tap Save and Refresh on the right-hand side, I can see those changes…and update the most current version of the document while we're both working on it.…I can also turn Track Changes on to the document,…if I want to know what's being changed.…
I'll tap the Review button at the top, and then turn on Track Changes.…
