You can use the Power View add-in if you have both Office 2013 Professional Plus and Microsoft Silverlight. In addition, when you install the Power View add-in, you're also activating the PowerPivot option. The Starting Out With Power View online video will teach you how to enable and disable Power View as well as how to create your first Power View sheet for Excel 2013.
