- [Instructor] Welcome to the solution video for the Chapter 2 challenge. For this challenge, we used the 02_05 Challenge exercise file and I challenged you to complete all the tasks for all the projects in seven minutes or less. Let's go ahead and get started. Okay, our first task is to save the file as My 02_05 Challenge. We'll go to File and choose Save As. Make sure we get back to our Chapter 2 folder on the desktop. Click in front of the document title, type My with a space and click Save. Perfect. Task number two, configure Excel so that calculations do not automatically occur and that the workbook is recalculated each time the workbook is saved. Let's go to File and Options and we'll go to Formulas. Here's our workbook Calculation group. Change it to Manual. Leave Recalculate Workbook Before Saving selected. We'll go ahead and click Okay.
