- [Instructor] Hey, in this lecture, we're going to go over the key investment considerations for fix and flip investment opportunities. The things that every investor who's looking at fix and flips should think about. So the way we're going to talk about those considerations is we're going to use the investment model that you're going to download two lectures from now and you're going to use that model to do the case study. But I'm going to use that model now to just highlight what those considerations are.
