Running a macro from the Quick Access Toolbar: Excel 2016: Macros in Depth

To create a button on the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) that's linked to a macro, right-click the QAT, select Customize QAT, and then in the Excel Options dialog box, select Macros from the drop arrow below Choose commands from. Click the desired macro and then the Add button and OK to add it to the QAT.
